Architects from SAOTA have done an amazing job on a gorgeous contemporary house in Cape Town, South Africa. The site was bought by a client who loved the initial Design Concept, that was made for the previous owner, and wanted to go ahead as planned.

Siting on a 874,7sqm plot this stunning house has a lot to offer beginning with the dramatic sloped site and breathtaking views. The house has 5 floors which connect to the adjacent natural ground level or raised platforms. Moreover it is only 2 storys above Nettleton Road.

Everything was designed to blend in with the surrounding portions of the site, especially the second floor. Here the principal living spaces house two generous living rooms, an open plan kitchen and a dining room. Due to the huge floor to ceiling windows all rooms open out to terraces or garden spaces and, also, benefit from tones of natural light.
